Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Assemblers to join our team in Sherwood, OR. Candidates will help build, assemble, and test components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We have openings for both specialized soldering roles and general assembly roles.

Positions Available:

Assembler

• Soldering & Crimping (2 openings) Experience with D-sub soldering (e.g., D-sub example). Proficient in crimp contact crimping (e.g., crimp example). Soldering skills are valued; candidates slightly above entry-level (Tech I range) are encouraged to apply. Assembler
• General Manufacturing (3 openings) Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Work includes assembly of lift tilts and 30W components. Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards. Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work. Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
