Food Production Assembler — Urgently hiring in Silverton!

Food Production Assembler Pay:
$15.75 - $16.75 per hour
Hours:
Day shift (6am start, 10-hour shifts) & Swing shift (4pm start, 10-hour shifts) (weekdays only)

As a Food Production Assembler, you'll support daily operations of food production. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to deliver results that make a difference in the quality and success of our products. What You'll Do As a Food Production Assembler, you will be responsible for: Preparing and pressing dough into pie shells or tins to meet production schedules Filling pies and cobblers with ingredients while ensuring consistency and quality Assisting with mixing ingredients, stocking supplies, dumping, and packaging finished products Scooping flour, sugar, and other powdered ingredients into containers (from quart sizes up to 50-gallon drums) Placing dessert products into retail-ready packaging, applying labels accurately, and stacking trays while maintaining a clean, organized work area What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English or Spanish Comfort with repetitive tasks and ability to lift 30-50 lbs. with team lift assistance Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety Reliable transportation and a positive, team-oriented attitude (food production experience preferred) Why Join Us in Silverton?
