            LOCATION
            Tigard, ORSALARY:
             $31.00 per hour and up, depending on experience
            SCHEDULE
            Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Day Shift
            KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
            • Prepare, fabricate, weld, glue, bend, and assembleplex plastic parts according to engineered drawings and specifications.
            • Identify and work with a wide variety of plastic materials, including PVC, CPVC, PVDF, HDPE, UHMW, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, PEEK, PTFE, PFA, and related materials.
            • Use plastic welding and bonding methods such as pure bond, socket fusion, butt welding, and plastic gluing techniques.
            • Read and interpret engineered drawings, bills of materials, work orders, inch and metric dimensions, and part specifications.
            • Operate manual mills, manual lathes, welding guns, drills, routers, drill presses, table saws, jig saws, and other fabrication equipment safely.
            • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, radius gauges, angle gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, and Go/No-Go tools.
            • Perform fabrication and troubleshooting work both in-house and at customer sites.
            • Communicate issues related to work orders, drawings, part shortages, machine errors, materials, and production timelines.
            • Record job tracking information accurately.
            • Support training, teamwork, and leadership efforts within the fabrication department.
            • Maintain a safe, professional, and quality-focused work environment.
            • Perform other duties as requested.
            WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
            • High school diploma or equivalent required.
            • Minimum of 6 years of manufacturing experience with fabrication experience required.
            • Experience welding, bonding, gluing, bending, and assembling plastic materials.
            • Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and bills of materials.
            • Experience using manual mills, manual lathes, hand tools, electric tools, and precision measuring equipment.
            • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, troubleshoot issues, and perform well under pressure.
            • Ability to work in clean room, manufacturing, customer-site, and hazardous environments safely.
            • Valid driver's license required.
            PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
            • This position works in an ISO-certified manufacturing/fabrication environment with some noise, plastic chips, machinery, and clean room requirements.
            The role requires standing at a workstation for a designated shift, working safely around fabrication equipment, wearing rmended PPE, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
