REMMEY owns and operates two manufacturing plants in Pennsylvania (Lehighton, PA, and Beaver Springs, PA) cutting, nailing, and delivering over 10,000 pallets daily. Hand Nailer Custom Pallet Builder Earn $19$32+ per hour performance-based, unlimited potential! | Full-Time | 1st Shift Remmey The Pallet Company is hiring hard-working, motivated, and fast-learning team players to join our family-oriented company. What You'll Do Work in two-person teams using pneumatic nail guns to hand-build custom pallets (not made on machines).

Shift:

MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:30 PM (overtime may be required). Inspect equipment and report repair needs. Keep your work area clean and safe. Check finished pallets to ensure they meet customer standards. Always follow Remmey safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace. What We're Looking For Team players with strong communication skills. Critical thinkers who can solve problems quickly and fairly. Ability to:

Read and use a tape measure. Understand basic production prints. Perform repetitive manual lifting (this is a physically demanding job ).

What You'll Get High Earning Potential:

Piece-rate pay for pallets, typically $19$32/hour based on performance .
