Overview:
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Final Assembly Technicians to join our team, supporting the creation of high-quality custom cabinetry. This entry-level to experienced role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in woodworking, assembly, and finishing processes. If you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute to beautiful home interiors, this is the perfect position for you!
Duties:
Assemble cabinetry components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to schematics and blueprints Install fixtures, doors, hardware, and trim with precision, ensuring seamless fit and finish Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to meet company standards Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Assist with sanding, finishing, caulking, and touch-up work to achieve a flawless final product Collaborate with team members on production timelines and communicate any issues promptly Support other manufacturing tasks.
Skills:
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately Experience or familiarity with construction estimating, framing carpentry, or trim carpentry is a plus Knowledge of cabinetry installation techniques including door hanging and fixture placement Strong understanding of safety protocols for heavy lifting and construction site work Basic skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, or CNC fabrication are advantageous Excellent manual dexterity combined with attention to detail Prior experience in construction site environments or restoration industry is beneficial but not required Join us at Superior Woodcraft where your craftsmanship contributes directly to creating stunning custom cabinetry that transforms homes.
