Job Description
Job Overview:
This position is responsible for the SAFE assembly and shipping of various Imperial Systems equipment and purchased items as required.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of forklifts, hoists, shrink wrap heat gun, banding equipment and various other hand tools used in the assembling, moving and shipping of product.
- Basic maintenance of all equipment and tools used
- Ability to read and interpret general assembly drawings
- Prepare product for shipment and load trailers/trucks
- Perform and document essential quality and process checks to specifications.
- Work as part of a team of 2 or more a significant amount of the time
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping
- Follow all SOP's and JSA's
- Operation of forklifts and hoists
- Checking quality of work to drawings/specification and part quantity
- Complete paperwork as required. Timecards, process checks, check sheets, etc.
- Other tasks as instructed by
