Pallet Construction and Assembly Worker Job Description Join our team to help with the construction and assembly of wooden pallets. You will be part of a dynamic environment where hard work is balanced with camaraderie. Responsibilities Stack wood and load it into machinery. Assemble all parts to build pallets. Stand for up to 10 hours a day. Lift up to 75 pounds. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing or construction. Proficiency in using hand and air tools. Ability to follow basic blueprints. Work Environment Work in a semi-climate controlled, brand new facility with all new machinery and contractor accommodations. The dress code includes shorts or long work pants, steel toe boots, and safety gear provided such as safety glasses, ear plugs, and gloves. Hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a later start on the first day. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
