The Assembly Technician is responsible for sub-assembly and final assembly of Tower Solutions products. Responsibilities

• Assembling complex mechanical, electrical, or electronic components according to technical specifications.
• Working in a precision-driven environment, you will ensure that all products are assembled in compliance with Tower Solutions quality and safety standards, including proper PPE usage throughout all tasks.
• Prepare parts for assembly through cleaning, de-burring, or pre-fitting components to ensure seamless integration.
• Utilize electrical and mechanical assembly and inspection tools to meet designed specifications.
• Identify and report safety, quality, and maintenance concerns.
• Retain accountability for the quality and workmanship of finished products. Qualifications
• Electromechanical assembly, maintenance, or repair experience in a professional environment.
• Ability to follow work instructions, ability to accurately interpret complex engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and wiring schematics to determine assembly sequences.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Effective problem-solving skills and readiness to take initiative.
• Prior military service is valued. Physical Requirements
• Must be physically present at the Tower Solutions facility to perform work related tasks.
• High level of manual dexterity required to manipulate small, delicate components and handle precision hand tools.

Lifting Capacity:

Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs independently and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques or assisted equipment.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position (standing or sitting at a workbench) for extended periods, with scheduled breaks.

Mobility:

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead to access parts or perform maintenance on equipment.

• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks involving the hands, wrists, and fingers (e.g., threading small screws, clipping wires, or operating a press) for the duration of the shift.
• Strong close-range vision (with or without corrective lenses) to inspect micro-components, read small print on labels, and identify color-coded wiring.
