The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, with a strong understanding of assembly processes. This role involves working on an assembly line to produce high-quality products while ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in the training of new employees on assembly techniques and safety practices. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Skills Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting, demonstrating teamwork and communication skills.
