This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technologies, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly, surface mount technology, and electrical wiring. As an integral part of our production process, you'll utilize your mechanical knowledge and hand tools to ensure precise assembly, contributing directly to the creation of innovative products. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and mechanical parts following detailed schematics and IPC 610 standards for quality assurance. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to accurately assemble and modify parts. Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto PCBs with precision, ensuring strong electrical connections. Interpret schematics and electrical wiring diagrams to correctly wire assemblies and troubleshoot issues. Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes when required. Conduct quality inspections using ohmmeters and other testing devices to verify electrical continuity and functionality. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing best practices. Qualifications Proven experience with PCB assembly, soldering, and surface mount technology (SMT). Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies. Mechanical knowledge related to machining, electrical wiring, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus. Competence in using calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement/testing instruments. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity; ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
