This position is ideal for an individual with strong drafting and project coordination experience who enjoys working closely with engineers, contractors, and manufacturing teams to bring projects from concept through production. Job Responsibilities for the Project Manager-Fiberglass Manufacturer Create and modify detailed AutoCAD drawings for FRP systems and assemblies. Develop project drawings from concept through final construction documentation. Review and incorporate engineering markups and design revisions. Coordinate project submittals, shop drawings, and documentation packages. Maintain dimensional accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Manage project timelines and communicate progress with customers and internal teams. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and fabrication personnel throughout project execution. Organize and maintain CAD files, drawing revisions, and project records. Assist in resolving design, fabrication, and installation challenges. Learn and apply fiberglass manufacturing methods, material properties, and industry standards. Review mechanical components and ensure proper integration into project designs. Support production teams by providing technical guidance and clarification of drawings. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, industry regulations, and customer requirements. Qualifications for the Project Manager-Fiberglass Manufacturer 2-3 years of drafting, project coordination, or project management experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or related industries. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
