About Flagship Signs Flagship Signs is a growing commercial signage company specializing in large-scale commercial signage solutions throughout South Carolina. From dimensional letters and cabinet signs to custom storefront branding and illuminated signage, we help businesses stand out through high-quality craftsmanship and professional installation services. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sign Fabricator to join our production team and help bring custom signage projects to life. Position Overview The Commercial Sign Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of a wide range of commercial signage products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and has experience working with fabrication tools, materials, and production equipment in a shop environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while collaborating with production and installation teams. Requirements:

Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial sign fabrication experience Experience with channel letter fabrication and sign assembly Proficiency using fabrication tools and shop equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to safely operate power tools and machinery Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications MIG welding experience Knowledge of LED lighting systems and illuminated signage Experience with large-format commercial signage Basic electrical knowledge for sign wiring Valid driver's license Commercial construction or manufacturing experience
