These are the qualifications that matter. High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely. Strong communication and listening skills. Team player with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, test, and inspect products using engineering drawings and test procedures. Work with electrical and mechanical equipment during assembly operations. Troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble units that do not pass testing. Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and workstations. Move materials using hand carts, cranes, or by hand as needed. Support daily 5S cleaning and workplace organization activities. Assist team members with production and quality improvement solutions.
