Job Description
Utility MM Technics - Prosperity, SC MM Technics LP is German based, tier one supplier to the automotive OEM's in South Carolina. The Prosperity plant joins a corporate family that has manufacturing operations in Germany and Poland. MM Technics is looking to hire a qualified Utility Assembler for our 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.
Position Snapshot:
Under supervision, this entry level position will weld/clinch finished parts. Continuously interacts with production, planning, inventory management, purchasing, and shipping.Responsibilities:
Spot weld/clinch stamped parts according to specs. Be available for flexible hours and over-time as needed.- Perform all duties according to safety guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by plant management
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years manufacturing/production experience, preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner with limited supervision
- The ability to be proactive and look for opportunities to make a difference
- The ability to adapt to new/difficult situations
- Ability to spot weld finished parts to customer specification
- Ability to operate a pallet jack
- The ability to focus attention on detailed requirements and tasks
- Ability to comply with all facility safety rules
