This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth and internal promotions. ⚙️ Responsibilities Assemble industrial equipment based on specifications Use hand & power tools 🛠️ Read and follow blueprints & technical documents Work closely with team members for smooth production Maintain a clean & safe work area 🏭 Work Environment Clean & partially climate-controlled facility Weekly orientation (Mondays) Meals provided for first 2 days 🍽️ Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson City, TN 37760. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.32
