Bonding Supervisor About LuxView Founded in 2020, LuxView is a leading provider of high-end, modern, and minimalistic window and door systems. We partner with architects, builders, and general contractors to deliver a seamless experience from initial inquiry through installation, offering tailored solutions and expert support throughout the fenestration process. Position Overview The Bonding Associate is responsible for assembling and installing various components of LuxView's window and door systems, including aluminum extrusions, frames, glass, and hardware. This hands-on role requires precision, a strong attention to detail, and proficiency with general shop tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical drawings and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Assemble aluminum extrusions and hardware with precision and consistency Interpret and follow technical instructions and engineering blueprints Inspect parts and materials for quality and conformance to specifications Inventory parts and tools used during the bonding and assembly process Maintain and properly use all required tools and equipment Follow all company safety protocols and production procedures Package completed assemblies for shipping Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance Good memory and information retention skills Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to read a tape measure and follow both written and verbal instructions Experience in manufacturing or construction a plus Familiarity with general hand and power tools

Compensation Hourly Rate:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift with occasional overtime or weekends
