8:30AM-5:30PM Two paid 15-minute breaks One unpaid 30-minute lunch Job Summary Seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Wire Harness Assembly Technicians. This position is responsible for assembling wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related components according to work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical components according to specifications. Cut, strip, crimp, route, and bundle wires as instructed. Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and diagrams. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship. Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Report any material shortages, defects, or production issues to supervisors. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and build from blueprint Ability to follow written instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Basic hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Previous wire harness, cable assembly, manufacturing, or electronics assembly experience is a plus. How to
