Temp Looking for a hands-on role where your attention to detail and commitment to safety make a real impact? Join a fast-paced production team in Aubrey, TX, where precision and teamwork drive success. As an Reel Assembly Technician, you'll contribute to high-quality reel production and have the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the correct size and quantity of reels are built accurately during the assigned shift
  • Weigh completed reels and accurately record weights on designated placards
  • Transport completed reels to the appropriate production line or store them in the assigned storage area
  • Ensure all necessary materials and supplies are fully stocked and available for the shift
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, free of debris, and proactively identify and report potential safety hazards
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures for reel assembly to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
  • Physical ability to handle, transport, and store reels as required
  • Basic record-keeping skills for documenting weights and inventory
  • Team player with a proactive approach to maintaining workplace standards
Work Environment:
  • This role involves working in a production or warehouse setting, requiring physical activity and adherence to safety standards.
  • 12-hour rotating shifts with the ability to work every other weekend.
