$18.00hr A leading packaging and manufacturing company in Coppell is hiring Wooden Crate Assemblers for both 1st and 2nd shift. This position involves building custom wooden crates and packaging materials using hand tools, nail guns, and power tools in a fast-paced production environment. Shift Schedule 1st

Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $17.00hr + OT 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 2:30 AM | $18.00hr + OT Job Duties Assemble wooden crates and packaging materials according to specifications Use nail guns, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently Measure, cut, and fasten wood components Follow work instructions and production schedules Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work independently and as part of a team Requirements 3 months of experience using hand and power tools required Previous assembly, construction, woodworking, pallet, or manufacturing experience preferred Comfortable working with wood materials and production equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment for 12-hour shifts Must be dependable with strong attendance and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Benefits Weekly pay Full-time hours with overtime potential Temp-to-hire opportunity Stable Monday-Friday schedule
