The Assembler is responsible for assembling and preparing oilfield completion tools (including frac plugs and related downhole equipment) to meet company quality and performance standards. Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble completion tools, components, and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions
• Inspect parts and materials prior to assembly to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Maintain accurate production and assembly records
• Identify and report defects, non-conformances, or process issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support inventory control by tracking materials and components used
• Assist with packaging and preparing tools for shipment Requirements for

Assembler:

• 1+ years of assembly, manufacturing, or oilfield-related experience preferred
• Experience working with composite materials (composite frac plugs or similar components strongly preferred)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read instructions and diagrams
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable work ethic and punctuality
• Experience in oilfield services or completion tools manufacturing is a plus
• Hands-on experience assembling composite components (carbon fiber, fiberglass, or similar materials highly desirable) preferred
• Familiarity with frac plugs, wireline equipment, or downhole tools preferred
