Assembler Total Safety U.S., Inc. - 3.3 Deer Park, TX Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Tube bending Pipe threaders Pipe bending Full Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience and be comfortable working with various tools and materials in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assembling components, preparing materials, and ensuring accuracy and quality in all work performed. Total Safety is the world's premier provider of integrated safety and compliance services and the products necessary to support them, including gas detection, respiratory protection, safety training, fire protection, compliance and inspection, industrial hygiene, onsite emergency medical treatment/paramedics, communications systems, engineered systems design, and materials management. Key Responsibilities:
Perform pipe threading and pipe take-offs accurately and efficiently Bend tubing according to specifications and job requirements Read and interpret basic drawings, measurements, and work orders Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Assemble mechanical components and systems as required Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
Experience with pipe threading and pipe take-offs required Experience bending tubing required Strong mechanical aptitude Proficient with hand and power tools Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure Previous mechanical or assembly experience preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Additional mechanical or fabrication experience
