Job Description

Be the reason products leave the line flawless At Flash Parking, precision matters. Join us as a Production Mechatronics Assembler and help us deliver robust, electromechanical hardware that meets our inventory and customer commitments. This is a full-time, permanent role directly with Flash Parking. Imagine your first week You'll master our build process at the Dripping Springs Warehouse (onsite), learn how OEM kits come together, and contribute to daily output alongside teammates who care about safety, quality, and continuous improvement. 0% How you'll contribute Maintain accurate counts of components, hardware, and tools required for assembly. Assess material and part quality to ensure only conforming items are used. Assemble mechanical and electromechanical products using electric screwdrivers and hand tools. Kit OEM parts into complete assemblies ready for production. Conduct testing and inspection to identify defects before shipment.
Prepare finished goods:
package and palletize securely. Follow verbal and written technical instructions; interpret engineering blueprints and terminology. Complete work orders and capture serialization data with precision. Uphold warehouse safety practices; sustain a clean, well-maintained work area. What you need to succeed Technical foundations 6 months or more building mechanical assemblies using electric screwdrivers and hand tools. 6 months or more in electromechanical assembly. Soldering capability preferred. Stand comfortably for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs, occasionally with help from a teammate. Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic setting. Thorough knowledge of Windows PC / Linux environments and associated components (preferred).
Computer basics:
email, record keeping, ordering, inventory management, and form filing. Proficiency in Google Suite. Forklift certification is a plus. Company training and certification are available; operation occurs only after successful certification. Compensation:
$20-$25 an hour Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
