Position Summary:
The Assembler's role, entry level, is to assemble products or parts in a manufacturing environment. They will use various tools and techniques to ensure products are assembled correctly to meet specifications. They are highly motivated and have a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment. This role is vital to ensuring our customers' needs are consistently met, promoting our company's continued strong national growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the department lead or supervisor to assist with daily operations. Follow instructions during the operation process. Responsible for continually maintaining a clean working environment. May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to read and understand measuring devices, i.e. a tape measure Experience with high power tools (i.e. impacts, wrenches, etc.) Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred. Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance. Environment/Physical Requirements with or without

This position is carried out in a fabrication shop environment and as such has the following physical work requirements: Must be able to lift up to 100lbs. Position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping. Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals. May be considered for training and growth into other positions within business, if performance, aptitude, willingness, are demonstrated within the 90 days.
