As a EDL Technician Assembly, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by:  Reads basic/simple blueprints and other written material, then responsible for layout and building of development components or sub assemblies along with first articles with or without the aid of tooling.  Prepare and paint various materials to match customer trim and finish definition may be required.  Maintain a high quality of workmanship and assumes responsibility for work performed in assigned duties.  Shadow Senior EDL Technicians and take direction from experienced team members to learn assembly processes and best practices.  Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Any prior exposure to manufacturing, assembly, or technical environments is a
• plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn to read and interpret blueprints.
• Exposure to measuring tools, micrometers, and calipers is a plus but not required.

Must have experience with hand tools, wrenches, screwdrivers etc.

• Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment.
• Ability to read and review written communication.
• Prefer knowledge of navigating through CATIA or related CAD system
• Must be able to read and interpret moderately complex bluepints
• Prefer experience with measuring tools, micrometers and calipers
• Must have experience with hand tools, wrenches, screwdrivers etc.
