We're hiring Assemblers to keep the line alive and the products rolling. If you're reliable, tough, and ready to earn steady pay, this gig's got your name on it. The Requirement Checklist High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (minimum 8 hours per shift)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to perform physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and lifting

Team Energy. No drama, just good people working together How You'll Make an Impact Assemble, repair, test, and package precision electro-mechanical equipment, including gas meters, pumps, actuators, and test equipment, using schematics and written/verbal instructions
Identify assembly issues and generate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) as needed
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to troubleshoot problems and implement process improvements
Support continuous improvement initiatives and
ISO 9001
quality standards, including audit preparation
Provide daily/weekly project status updates within the work group
