Job Description

Assemble and Test products such as: Gate Valves, Check Valves, Chokes, etc. used in Oil & Gas drilling operations.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools. Operates fork lift as required. Operates any equipment needed to perform job. Performs related duties as needed by Production Manager. Assemble products according to Work Order instructions. Clean, assembles, disassembles, and replaces parts as required. Test functional performance of assembly. Perform 100% functional test of all assemblies in accordance with the Acceptance Test Procedures. Record test results on the Acceptance Test Data and complete all steps for the testing operation. Keep assembly department and surrounding areas clean and free of foreign object damage. Keep production manager advised of work status, workload, problems, and progress as related to work assignments.
