Job Description
- Shell Fabrication Operator
- Join a pioneering team in Irving, TX with Kelly in partnership with Johnson and Johnson at Mentor, where your work directly improves the lives of breast cancer patients. As a Shell Fabrication Operator, you'll play a vital role in creating breast implants, collaborating in a dynamic, cleanroom environment to support those on the path to healing and hope.

- $17.50/hr (Day Shift) | $18.50/hr (Night Shift) +
Shift:
- Rotating 12-hour shifts; enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week +
Day Shift:
- 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM +
Night Shift:
- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM +
Perks:
- $500 sign-on bonus (paid after 30 days), $500 retention bonus (paid at 90 days)
- Roles and Responsibilities
- + Skillfully assemble and inspect shell linings used in breast implants + Maintain precision and quality in a fast-paced, repetitive production setting + Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to ensure continuous production + Accurately document tasks and production results + Operate tablets and computers to update production records + Adhere to strict cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines + Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and quality standards •Qualifications & Skills•+ High school diploma or equivalent + Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred + Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, repetitive workflow + Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability + Comfort with digital technology (tablets/computers) for documentation + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness •Opportunities•+ Contribute to life-changing medical products that transform patient outcomes + Clear pathways for growth into advanced operations, lead, and supervisory roles + Regular performance feedback and comprehensive training programs + Talent profiles retained for consideration in upcoming roles — apply now for future possibilities!
