In this role, you will be responsible for setting crystals, assembling components, cleaning & polishing, and inspecting jewelry pieces to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. This position requires strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work with small components. Responsibilities Assemble jewelry components (crystals, chains, clasps, charms, settings, etc.) according to specifications Perform basic fabrication tasks such as soldering, polishing, bonding, or stone setting (if applicable) Inspect finished pieces for quality, accuracy, and durability Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals Maintain a clean and organized workstation Work closely with the production team to resolve issues or improve processes Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times Qualifications Previous experience in jewelry assembly or related craft work preferred Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Ability to work with small tools and delicate components Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written & verbal instructions, diagrams, and measurements Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work attitude Enameling skills is a plus
