Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cooling Pump Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and testing cooling pumps used in industrial and commercial applications. Your expertise will ensure that each pump meets rigorous quality standards and operates efficiently within complex systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and contribute to the production of vital cooling solutions that keep machinery running smoothly. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble cooling pumps Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools to assemble components with precision Perform electrical wiring and connect industrial equipment following detailed schematics and electrical diagrams Operate CNC machines and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for fabrication and assembly tasks Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy Conduct quality checks on assembled pumps using schematics and technical specifications Utilize forklifts for material handling and component transportation within the manufacturing area Follow safety protocols related to electrical wiring, welding, machining, and industrial equipment operation Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, inspections, and test results Skills Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machinery, and industrial automation systems Experience with welding techniques suitable for fabrication of pump components Electrical experience including wiring, troubleshooting electrical circuits, and understanding electrical schematics Mechanical knowledge of pump systems, fabrication processes, and assembly techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments Familiarity with manufacturing environments, safety standards, and quality control procedures Ability to operate forklifts safely for material handling purposes Knowledge of machining processes such as milling or turning for component fabrication Understanding of industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Join our dynamic team where your skills will directly impact the efficiency of vital cooling systems!
