Helmet Assembly Tech

Simpson, a leading manufacturer in racing safety products, has an opening for a full-time, first-shift production technician position at its New Braunfels, Texas, location. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with strong technical/mechanical abilities and self-starter attitude. Responsibilities

• Assemble/repair automotive racing and/or motorcycle helmets
• Inspect helmet components prior to assembly to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Integrate helmets with air and/or electronic systems
• Participate in product/process improvement activities
• Perform other assembly duties as assigned Qualifications
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions/documents
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong problem solving abilities
• PC Skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Works well in fast pace environment
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work extended hours and some Saturdays as required

High School Diploma/GED Physical Demands

• Able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs
