Assembly Technician III Renu Robotics | Production Facility - San Antonio, TX About Renu Robotics Renu Robotics is a leader in autonomous technology for vegetation management. Position Summary:
The Assembly Technician III is a hands-on manufacturing role responsible for assembling autonomous tractors and recharge stations on the production floor. This position is ideal for an experienced assembler who is comfortable working with mechanical and electrical components, following detailed work instructions, and taking pride in producing high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions Safely and correctly use hand and power tools Follow all safety, quality, and production standards Perform work in both indoor and outdoor environments as required Stand for extended periods throughout the workday Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Perform repetitive movements, including bending, squatting, and reaching Maintain a clean, organized workstation Assist with parts organization and inventory support Communicate clearly with teammates, leads, and supervisors Support other production and assembly tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of hands-on assembly, mechanical, or technical experience (or related technical/associate degree) Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction Valid driver's license with a clean driving record U.S. citizen Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Pay & Growth $18-$22 per hour , based on experience Opportunities for skill development and advancement Join a fast-growing company in clean energy and automation Equal Employment Opportunity Renu Robotics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
