Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Controls & Automation Technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong PLC programming experience, a solid understanding of industrial controls and electrical systems, and the ability to support robotic and automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. equired Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of PLC programming and troubleshooting experience with one or more of the following platforms: Toyopuc, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, or Allen Bradley. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with industrial automation and control systems. Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, industrial controls, and automation equipment. Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Industrial Maintenance Technology, related technical field, completion of a trade school program, or equivalent work experience. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience programming and teaching industrial robots (ABB, FANUC, Kawasaki, Motoman, KUKA, etc.). Experience with AGV/AMR setup, programming, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of safety scanners, safety PLCs, and machine safety systems. Familiarity with industrial networking technologies including EtherNet/IP, FL-net, PROFINET, EtherCAT, and related protocols. Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
