as a Glass Fabricator and become an integral part of our dedicated team in San Antonio, TX! In this exciting role, you will work with high-quality glass products, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every piece.
Responsibilities:
Cut, shape, and polish glass according to specifications and project requirements. Operate glass fabrication machinery with a focus on safety and quality. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise. Follow all company policies and procedures related to glass fabrication. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in glass fabrication is a plus. Previous experience in glass fabrication or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in operating hand tools and machinery related to glass work. Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude. Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
