Job Description

Are you good with your hands and have a knack for putting things together just right? Do you enjoy working on mechanical projects and making sure every part fits perfectly? Jeff Bonner R&D, Inc. is looking for a small parts assembler to join our team and help build high-quality aerospace components. This is a hands-on job where you'll be taking engineered parts and assembling them into finished products. It's fast-paced, detail-focused work—perfect for someone who's proud of doing things right the first time.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assembling mechanical parts into complete units based on plans or drawings Applying your craftsmanship in upholstery work and installation Using your own tools to get the job done right Double-checking your work to make sure everything is just how it should be Working with a team that takes pride in building top-notch products Staying organized and keeping your workspace clean and safe
What We're Looking For:
Real-world experience working with mechanical tools and assemblies (aerospace experience is a plus, but not required) Good eye for detail—someone who notices when something's just a little off Ability to keep up in a fast-moving environment Someone who brings their own basic tools and knows how to use them Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to expand their skills.
