ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 2:00 am $17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Retrieve, review, and follow Quality Assurance Program (QAP) documentation accurately. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications. Identify simple deviations in materials or components from customer specifications and report as needed. Assemble and disassemble products within the assigned product line according to established procedures. Maintain quality and consistency while completing assembly tasks. Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required (proof of education required). Ability to obtain forklift certification. Must wear steel-toe boots and follow required safety protocols. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift components weighing up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
