In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized machinery to shape and produce high-quality millwork components used in construction, cabinetry, and custom fabrication projects. Your expertise will ensure precise fabrication, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of premium wood products while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and innovation. Responsibilities Operate and monitor moulder machines to shape wood materials according to specified dimensions and profiles Set up and adjust machinery using hand tools and power tools to ensure accurate cuts and finishes Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper materials handling procedures Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications Perform routine maintenance on machinery to maintain optimal performance and prevent downtime Assist with assembly, fabrication, and installation of millwork components as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times Skills Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery such as moulders, saws, and machining tools Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and fabrication processes Experience with hand tools, power tools, and materials handling equipment like forklifts Knowledge of millwork production techniques within the construction or carpentry industries Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or specifications for precise fabrication Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards in a manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship, eager to develop your skills in a thriving manufacturing setting, and ready to contribute to creating exceptional millwork products!
