This is not a repetitive production-line position. The work changes constantly, and we are looking for people who enjoy problem solving, learning new skills, and building things with their hands. One week may involve foam fabrication, sculpting, painting, assembly, electrical work, prototyping, 3D printing, animatronics, CNC-related work, or helping develop new production methods and repeatable products. We care far more about attitude, reliability, work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn than having the perfect résumé. CAD, CNC, 3D

printing, or Blender experience Theater tech, prop building, cosplay, or creative fabrication Farm/ranch backgrounds Military experience Eagle Scouts or other leadership/service-oriented backgrounds Helpful skills (not required): Foam fabrication or sculpting Painting or finishing Basic electrical or wiring Mechanical assembly Welding or metal fabrication CAD or fabrication software CNC operation or programming What matters most: Positive attitude Honest and dependable Shows up consistently Willingness to learn Ability to work with a team Comfortable with changing priorities and creative problem solving Ability to take feedback without ego

Pay:

Up to $22/hour depending on experience.
