Hardware Assembler

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Hardware Assembler . This role involves assembling hardware components, operating grommet machines, conducting final inspections, and performing tasks that require lifting materials up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable using a variety of hand tools and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Responsibilities Assemble and install hardware components according to specifications and production drawings. Operate grommet machines. Use hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, drills, etc.) to complete tasks. Perform visual inspections of final products to ensure quality standards are met. Operate welding machines. Lift, fold, and move you to 50 pounds regularly. Work closely with the team to be sure jobs are done in a timely manner. Qualifications Ability to read and understand work orders, job travelers, and material lists. Knowledge of how to use tools to complete tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Team player with good communication skills
