Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $ 19.00/hr 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $ 22.00/hr Earn more on 2nd shift! What You'll Do as an Assembler In this role, you'll play a key part in producing high-quality products that meet customer and company standards.
Responsibilities include:
Assembling products using engineering documents and specifications Ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time production Operating computers to track schedules and job status Performing Go/No-Go testing per procedures Monitoring part quality throughout the assembly process Assisting with training and supporting team members Handling materials as needed Reviewing and improving assembly methods for productivity and quality Communicating effectively with engineering teams Completing required paperwork, records, and documentation Participating in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts Following all safety rules and maintaining a clean work area What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve basic production issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive hourly pay with shift differential Career growth within a respected organization Supportive team environment Hands-on experience with quality manufacturing processes Ready to Get Started? Pay Details:
$19.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
