Master Finisher:

Lighting:

LED linear high bays and large picture windows for perfect color matching.

Climate:

Dedicated split heating system for the finishing room to control dry times and quality.

Gear:

New Graco pumps, high-end spray guns, and organized storage.

Booth:

Clean, well-ventilated spacious spray booth maintained for high-clarity results.

THE ROLE

As our Master Finisher, you will:

Technical Execution:

Lead the application of Sherwin-Williams Conversion Varnish (CV), catalyzed lacquers, and a spectrum of single-component and complex multi-step spray and wipe stain applications.

Ownership:

Manage the flow of the finishing room, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure every piece is "show-ready."

Leadership:

Set the standard for prep work (sanding, spackling) and final execution.

WHAT WE OFFER

Top-Tier Pay:

$36.00+/hour (DOE).

Consistency:

Stable M-F, 7:30-4:00 schedule in a climate-controlled environment.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of high-end custom finishing experience. An expert eye for detail and color matching. Knowledge of wood species behavior and able to adjust accordingly. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
