What You'll Do:

Operate CNC plasma table (training provided) Load/unload material with overhead cranes & forklift Assist with press brake operation and fabrication processes Use tools like grinders, torch, and ironworker Inspect your work to ensure quality standards Package finished products Help maintain equipment and a clean, safe workspace Show up ready to work, support your team, and take pride in what you build

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong basic math skills Accurately read tape measure to 1/32", understand instructions, and basic technical drawings Working knowledge of steel fabrication equipment Willingness to learn and work with your hands Nice To Have (not required): CNC, forklift, or fabrication experience

Physical Requirements:
