$24 per hour Express Employment Professionals in Everett is seeking a Laminator / Fiberglass Production Associate for a reputable manufacturing client in Arlington, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position with steady Monday-Friday hours from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with required OT every other Saturday 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Our client specializes in producing high‑quality fiberglass parts. This is a hands-on production role in a team-focused, safety-driven environment with training provided for candidates eager to learn.Starting Pay:
$24/hour Key Responsibilities Learn and perform tasks involved in fiberglass component production Glue, laminate, and bond fiberglass sheets Cut and trim fiberglass materials to match specifications Sand and grind products to achieve smooth, consistent edges Perform general labor duties while following all safety protocols and PPE requirements Requirements Ability or willingness to learn standard power and hand tools (drills, routers, sanders, skill saws, scrapers, grinders) Comfortable working with fiberglass in a dusty environment while following PPE guidelines Strong attention to detail to ensure high product quality Ability to work independently and within a team setting Consistent and proper use of PPE Physical ability to stand, squat, reach, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift Ways toApply Online:
