Job Title:
Aerospace Assembler (Weekend) Job Description Join a family-oriented company with over 40 years of success in the aerospace and defense industry. We are expanding our assembly operation and seeking experienced Aerospace Assembly Technicians to work with leading aerospace companies. You will be part of a dedicated team assembling interior aerospace components, primarily for Boeing aircraft, using various hand and power tools. Responsibilities Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints. Gather necessary materials and tools for the assembly process. Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Essential Skills Proven experience as an aerospace assembler (preferred 5+ years). US Citizenship required. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of mechanical principles and tools. Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with riveting, countersinking, and using hand and power tools. Familiarity with aerospace assembly processes and production. Why Work Here? Utilize tools such as riveters, hand and air drills, and arbor presses in a well-equipped facility. Embrace a culture of safety and teamwork while contributing to high-quality aerospace production. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
