Aerospace Assembler Assembler - No Aerospace Experience Needed If you're mechanically inclined — whether you've worked as a car mechanic, service technician, backyard mechanic, or just enjoy hands‑on projects — we want to talk to you. We provide full training. If you can use tools, follow instructions, and enjoy building things, you can succeed here. What You'll Do Drill, deburr, and prep metal parts for assembly Install hardware like nut plates and ground studs Rivet, countersink, and bond parts together Use common hand and power tools (drills, rivet guns, etc.) Read and follow blueprints and written instructions Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Work safely, stay organized, and meet daily production goals Communicate with your team and ask questions when needed Who We're Looking For You do NOT need aerospace experience. We're looking for people who are: Mechanically inclined — auto mechanics, backyard mechanics, service techs, fabricators, hobby builders, shop class experience, etc. Comfortable using hand and power tools Willing to learn riveting, countersinking, and blueprint reading Detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions Reliable, positive, and eager to grow a long‑term career Able to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Preferred but Not Required Any assembly, sheet metal, or mechanical experience Experience reading blueprints or using precision measuring tools Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
