Aerospace Assembler -
No Aerospace Experience Needed Location:
Auburn, WA Pay:
$22-$25/hr + $1 Swing Shift Differential Clean Steel/Sheet‑Metal Manufacturing Environment Position Overview We're hiring mechanically inclined individuals to join a clean, organized manufacturing shop that builds steel and sheet‑metal parts for Boeing. No aerospace experience is required — full training is provided. If you've worked as a car mechanic, service technician, fabricator, or simply enjoy hands‑on projects, this is a strong entry point into aerospace manufacturing. What You'll Do
  • Drill, deburr, and prep metal parts for assembly
  • Install hardware such as nut plates, ground studs, and fasteners
  • Perform riveting, countersinking, bonding, and basic sheet‑metal tasks
  • Use common hand and power tools (drills, rivet guns, pneumatic tools)
  • Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and part lists
  • Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
  • Work safely in a heavy, sometimes loud production environment
  • Stay organized and meet daily production goals
  • Communicate with your team and ask questions when needed Who Thrives in This Role No aerospace experience needed. We're looking for people who are:
  • Mechanically inclined — auto mechanics, backyard mechanics, service techs, hobby builders, shop class experience
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Willing to learn riveting, countersinking, and blueprint reading
  • Detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
  • Reliable, positive, and motivated to grow a long‑term career
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Preferred but Not Required
  • Mechanical, assembly, or sheet‑metal experience
  • Experience reading blueprints or using precision measuring tools Shift Details
Day Shift:
6:30am-3:00pm (overtime typically offered early before shift start)
    Swing Shift:
    2:30pm-11:00pm
      Swing Shift Differential:
      +$1/hr (so $22 becomes $23/hr, and experienced candidates land at $24-$25/hr)
        Overtime:
        Offered based on production needs after the first two weeks of training; not guaranteed Pay & Advancement
        • Standard starting pay: $22/hr
        • Higher starting pay available for candidates with strong mechanical or assembly experience
        • Company is open to reviewing higher compensation for top‑tier candidates

        Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
