Final Assembly Technician American Spray Technologies - 1.0 Auburn, WA Job Details Full-time $23 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications High school diploma or GED Electrical wiring Continuous improvement Manufacturing Hand tools Full Job Description Final Assembly Technician - Equipment Manufacturer (Auburn, WA) An established equipment manufacturer located in Auburn is seeking a skilled and motivated Final Assembly Technician with mechanical and/or assembly experience to join the team! Experience or training in automotive repair, small engines, compressors, or hydraulic systems is highly preferred. This position involves the assembly and testing of new gas-powered spray equipment and offers an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional looking to grow with a stable company. Key Responsibilities Assemble new gas-powered spray equipment Install engines, compressors, hydraulic components, and pump assemblies Install hydraulic hoses, trailer wiring, and pneumatic systems Assemble hose sets and related components Perform functional testing and quality checks on completed equipment Prepare equipment for customer pickup or shipment Support troubleshooting and technical service calls as needed Follow Lean Manufacturing and 5S workplace organization practices Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs Complete daily end-of-shift cleanup procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous mechanic and/or assembly experience required Knowledge of hand tools and small power tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity for a professional mechanic or assembly technician who is looking to take on greater responsibility and develop long-term career growth within a supportive company environment.
