Job Description

Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or related environments.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, or measuring devices.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection processes and basic troubleshooting.
  • Vocational, technical, military, or trade school training related to manufacturing or mechanical work.
Job Summary
  • Assemble mechanical units, fabricated components, and electrical/electronic systems into subassemblies, assemblies, or finished products.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, jigs, and other equipment to complete assembly operations.
  • Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust components to ensure products meet established specifications and operating requirements.
  • Perform routine inspections to verify product quality and adherence to assembly standards.
  • Identify and repair units or products that do not meet quality or functional requirements.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive assembly activities.
  • Support production goals by completing work efficiently and meeting quality expectations.
  • Keep work areas organized and maintain equipment and tools in a safe, operational condition.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address assembly issues and improve workflow.
  • Adhere to all company safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
  • Learn and apply basic technical knowledge related to assembly processes and products.
