Job Description
Required Education:
High School Diploma Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity
- Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids
- Basic mechanical aptitude and strong hand-eye coordination
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and small assembly equipment
- Ability to read and understand production documents, labels, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to identify defects and non-conforming materials
- Understanding of quality standards, documentation requirements, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Experience with material scanning, traceability, and standardized work processes
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Ability to identify and report safety hazards
- Safe material handling and ergonomic work practices
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assembler Job Duties:
- Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and electrical/electronic systems
- Build subassemblies, assemblies, and complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other equipment
- Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet specifications and tolerances
- Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and operational requirements are met
- Repair or rework units that fail to meet quality or performance standards
- Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and SOPs
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Support one-piece flow manufacturing and standardized work practices
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area (5S standards)
