Job Description

Required Education:
    High School Diploma Required Experience/Skills:
    • Minimum 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity
    • Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids
    • Basic mechanical aptitude and strong hand-eye coordination
    • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and small assembly equipment
    • Ability to read and understand production documents, labels, and work orders
    • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
    • Ability to identify defects and non-conforming materials
    • Understanding of quality standards, documentation requirements, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
    • Experience with material scanning, traceability, and standardized work processes
    • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
    • Ability to identify and report safety hazards
    • Safe material handling and ergonomic work practices
    • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    Assembler Job Duties:
    • Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and electrical/electronic systems
    • Build subassemblies, assemblies, and complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other equipment
    • Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet specifications and tolerances
    • Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and operational requirements are met
    • Repair or rework units that fail to meet quality or performance standards
    • Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and SOPs
    • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
    • Support one-piece flow manufacturing and standardized work practices
    • Adhere to all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area (5S standards)
