HIRING!!!!!!! $20-21/hr - Assembler  Job Description Join our dynamic assembly department, where you'll be involved in adding insulation, trim, and performing a variety of tasks including drilling, adding rivets and screws, and using wrenches and ratchets. You will need to be proficient with hand and power tools, capable of using templates, and taking measurements with tape measures. Our assembly line consists of 10 different stations, and you will have the opportunity to cross-train and learn multiple stations, contributing to other areas as needed. Responsibilities Assemble components using hand and power tools. Add insulation, trim, rivets, and screws to products. Use wrenches and ratchets for assembly tasks. Employ templates and take accurate measurements with tape measures. Cross-train on 10 different assembly line stations. Assist team members in other stations when required. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during production. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Essential Skills Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Experience with rivets and screws. Ability to take accurate measurements with tape measures. Strong mechanical and general production skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work well in a team environment. Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in workspaces. Knowledge of working with aluminum parts. Work Environment Our facility specializes in manufacturing spa and hot tub accessories, such as risers and covers. The building is clean and tidy, but be prepared for a hot environment in the summer due to the lack of air conditioning. The role may involve getting dirty while working with powders, so dress appropriately for a hands-on and active work setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
