Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pallet Assembler, where you will play a vital role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality pallets used across various industries. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your hands-on skills to create durable, reliable pallets that meet strict industry standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure efficient production and contribute to the overall success of our operations. Duties Assemble pallets by following assembly instructions using hand tools and power tools Inspect raw materials and finished pallets for quality, ensuring they meet specifications for strength, size, and durability Operate machinery such as saws, stackers, nail guns. Perform heavy lifting to move materials and completed pallets safely around the workspace Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members Qualifications Familiarity with hand tools, power tools is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout shift hours Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction site experience or industrial settings Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly processes We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive environment where individuals can thrive. We start at 5:30 am and typically work 4 10's with any necessary fill in on fridays. Weekends off and sometimes fridays as well.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
